Uve: Nebbiolo.
Affinamento: circa 12 mesi in botti di rovere.
Colore: rosso granato intenso.
Profumo: al naso emergono frutti di bosco, spezie, erbe aromatiche, tabacco dolce, liquirizia e pepe nero, con leggere sfumature balsamiche.
Sapore: in bocca è elegante, vellutato e armonioso, con tannini fini e un finale lungo e persistente.
Abbinametno gastronomico: brasati e arrosti, selvaggina, agnello, formaggi stagionati, risotto ai funghi porcini o al tartufo.
